Updated Rips zigzags
* Updated to use Bron-Kerbosch
* Compute in the order of increasing epsilon, and decreasing point sizes
* Split into plain zigzag (rips-zigzag) and image zigzag (rips-image-zigzag)
* Added minor enhancements (show_progress and timers)
