Powering to 1/q is done in output. Maybe, should be changed in the
function itself?

Put everything in namespace dionysus. Besides making things more organized, it
will also allow us to get rid of the problem of having to typedef Simplex<...>
to Smplx. If it were in dionysus namespace, then
`typedef dionysus::Simplex<...> Simplex;` would work.
