Added executable to compute Wasserstein distance. Powering to 1/q is done in output. Maybe, should be changed in the function itself?

Use Boost's intrusive containers to store rows in ZigzagPersistence. This
should get rid of the inefficiencies associated with the simplex removal
(through ZigzagPersistence::remove()).
