Changed implementation of WeightedRips to store simplex values (max distance between simplices' vertices) as an invisible layer on top of each simplex object, so that the data() field of WeightedRips has been freed for use by the users again.

I suspect the bug in CGAL (since everything works fine with CGAL_NO_ASSERTIONS
set), so I disabled the offending assertion (and all the rest of them) by
setting a CXX flag in CMakeLists.txt.
